For your convenience, Bender Dental Care accepts cash, check, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®, and CareCredit®, and many insurance plans. If you have questions, and for other options and resources, please call and speak to our friendly staff.
We deliver excellent patient care at the most reasonable cost possible to our patients; we ask that patients reserve treatment appointments by paying for their dental services (or estimated co-payment if insurance is involved) at time of scheduling. We will do our best to give you an accurate estimate of your insurance coverage for planned treatment. Any remaining balance due for services rendered will be your responsibility.
We accept all PPO dental insurance plans and will file the claims at the time of each appointment.

Your first appointment with us is vital to ensuring you have the best dental experience possible at Bender Dental Care. We will review your medical and dental history with you, and find out about any areas of concern, as well as what you hope to accomplish by choosing us as your dental provider.
You will receive a complete examination of your teeth and gums from Dr. Bender, visually and through the use of photographs and X-rays, so that you can be informed precisely about the condition of your mouth, and how to best achieve and maintain optimum oral health for the long term.
