Dear Valued Patient,
We hope this announcement finds you and your family in good health. We have all been

directly to you at least one day before your appointment we may need to reschedule

office for a few minutes while we prepare for you.
These health and safety protocols are designed to allow greater time between patients, and to
reduce how many patients are in the office and the reception area at any one time. We very
much appreciate your cooperation with these mandatory guidelines.
We look forward to seeing you again and providing the quality of dental care and prevention
that you deserve.
Please call our office as soon as you can to make your next dental appointment or to ask us any
questions that you may have.
